*However, for security reasons, we may set a per-purchase limit.
4. Validity Period or Expiration Date
Credits are valid for 6 months (180 days) from the purchase (payment completion) date.
Expired credits become invalid and cannot be used. Expired credits are not refundable.
5. Scope of Places Where the Instrument Can Be Used
Credits can only be used within IDIT platform services (including https://idit.jp and its subdomains).
6. Notes on Use
- Credits cannot be transferred or lent to third parties.
- As a general rule, credits are non-refundable. However, exceptions may apply where required by law (such as service termination).
- Credits may be temporarily unavailable due to system issues, and such time is included in the validity period.
7. How to Check Unused Balance
After logging in, you can check your unused balance in "Settings > Billing" on the dashboard or from the credit display in the header.

11. Record Date System
We report unused balances as of the record dates (March 31 and September 30) to the competent Local Finance Bureau in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
12. Security Deposit for Issuance
If the unused balance on a record date exceeds JPY 10 million, we deposit an issuance security deposit of at least half of the excess amount.
