Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using the IDIT platform ("Service") provided by IDIT Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," or "us"). Users of the Service ("Users") must agree to these Terms before using the Service.
Article 1 (Application)
- These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and the Company regarding use of the Service.
- In relation to the Service, we may establish various rules and provisions in addition to these Terms (collectively, "Individual Provisions"). Regardless of name, such Individual Provisions form part of these Terms.
- If provisions of these Terms conflict with Individual Provisions, the Individual Provisions shall prevail unless otherwise specified.
Article 2 (Registration)
- In the Service, registration is completed when an applicant agrees to these Terms, applies using a method designated by us (including Google account linking), and we approve the application.
- We may refuse registration if we determine that the applicant falls under any of the following, and we have no obligation to disclose the reason.
- The applicant has submitted false information.
- The applicant has previously violated these Terms.
- We otherwise determine registration to be inappropriate.
Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)
Users shall properly manage their User ID (including email address) and password (including authentication provider accounts) at their own responsibility. Users may not transfer, lend, or share login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
Article 4 (Fees and Payment Methods)
- Users shall pay fees for paid portions of the Service as separately determined by us and displayed on the website, using a payment method specified by us (including Stripe or similar payment services).
- Paid plans are automatically renewed on a monthly basis and continue until the User completes cancellation through the Stripe customer portal or another designated method. After cancellation, access remains valid through the end of the current month, and no charges apply from the following month onward.
Article 5 (Handling of Credits)
- We may issue paid or free points/units usable in the Service ("Credits").
- Paid Credits expire six months after purchase. Expired Credits become invalid and cannot be used.
- Credits are consumed in order of earliest expiration (FIFO).
- Purchased Credits are non-refundable and non-redeemable except where required by law.
Article 6 (Special Provisions for AI-Generated Content)
- The Service uses AI to generate websites, code, and other content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or absence of bugs in generated content.
- Users are solely responsible for use of generated content (including publishing, modification, and commercial use).
- Due to AI characteristics, output may include inaccurate or fictitious information. Users must verify important information.
- Users hold usage rights to content they generate. However, if generated content infringes copyrights or other rights of a third party, the User bears that responsibility.
Article 7 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service.
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, public order, or morals, or are related to criminal activity
- Acts that destroy or interfere with servers or network functions of the Company, other users, or third parties
- Acts that may interfere with operation of our services
- Acts of collecting or storing personal information of other users
- Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
- Impersonating another user
- Providing benefits directly or indirectly to antisocial forces in connection with the Service
- Entering prompts intended to generate obscene, violent, discriminatory content, or content that infringes others' rights
- Any other act we deem inappropriate
Article 8 (Suspension of Service Provision)
If we determine that any of the following circumstances apply, we may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users.
- Maintenance or updates of systems related to the Service
- Difficulty providing the Service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
- Accidents causing suspension of computers or communication lines
- Any other case where we determine it is difficult to provide the Service
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- We shall be exempt from liability for non-performance unless caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- We are not responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes between Users and other users or third parties in relation to the Service.
- Even where we are liable, liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages suffered by the User, and we are not liable for special damages regardless of foreseeability. The maximum amount of damages shall not exceed the total service fees paid by the User to us in the preceding 12 months.
Article 10 (Changes to Service Content)
We may change the Service content or discontinue provision of the Service without prior notice to Users, and we are not liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result.
Article 11 (Amendment of Terms)
We may amend these Terms when we deem it necessary. If material changes are made, we will notify Users in advance of the changes and effective date by posting within the Service or by another method we deem appropriate. Continued use of the Service after such changes takes effect constitutes agreement to the amended Terms.
Article 12 (Handling of Personal Information)
We will appropriately handle personal information obtained through use of the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our head office location (Tokyo District Court).
Article 14 (Age Restrictions)
- Persons under 13 years old may not use the Service.
- Users under 18 years old must obtain consent from a parent or other legal guardian before using the Service.
Article 15 (Revenue Sharing and Taxes)
- When Users receive revenue sharing on the Service via Stripe Connect or similar methods, Users are responsible for tax filings and other legal procedures required by applicable law.
- Responsibility for withholding tax, consumption tax, value-added tax, and other public dues, as well as related filing obligations, belongs to the User to the extent provided by law.
- Except where legally required, we do not provide tax advice or guarantees.
Article 16 (Supplement on AI Outputs and Copyright)
The following FAQ provides general guidance on rights related to AI-generated outputs.
- Q1. Who owns rights to AI-generated content? A. Within the scope of these Terms and applicable law, Users may use content they generate.
- Q2. What if generated output resembles existing works? A. Users must verify similarity and possible third-party rights issues, and should stop use or modify content when necessary.
- Q3. Do you guarantee non-infringement of generated content? A. We do not guarantee that generated outputs do not infringe third-party rights, and we assume no liability to the extent permitted by law.
